Default So Tampa Bay teens cant drive, Ouch!

So I take the bike for a quick ride over to my shop today and didnt even get 2 miles away from my house before this 16 yr old girl hit me.

I made a left turn from Countryside Blvd on to SR 580 (with turn arrow) got into the center lane and was accelerating when this girl who made a right turn from the other direction into the right lane at the same time(driving moms Grand Marquise) decided about 100yrs from the intersection that she didnt want to be in the right lane anymore and just swerved over into my lane. Luckly,I saw it out of the corner of my eye and had started swerving to the left but not nearly as fast as she was comming over. So she side swiped me on my right side, Luckly for the bike my knee, Slider and elbow saved the it from really any damage but not so good for knee and elbow, How I didnt go down, im still tring to figure out. Her car ended up with a dent and scrape on the drivers door from the Slider and my elbow took off the mirror.
But either way my knee and elbow Hurt but glad not to have any rash to go with it.

I'd go for pain and suffering. She needs to learn a lesson early.
