For a 03 600rr is there a gasket or a sealer. I called motorsports and said there was a sealer for some reason i thought there was a gasket.? So with the sealer this make it any harder to do?

your already putting a clutch in an 03? You mean a liquid sealer between the clutch cover and engine case? If thats what you mean it doesnt make it any harder just lay a nice bead of sealant and bolt it together and check for leaks of course.

How many miles are on it? I just bought a used 04 600 RR and it seems fine at 6k miles. Even has the original tires on it.

somebodys been trying 2nd or 3rd gear wheelies or drag racing eh?

BTW: Scrape all the old sealant off the mating surfaces to give you a nice flat area to apply new sealant. And no need to gob that stuff on there cause when you assemble the two halves together you will get a lot of extra sealant mushing out.

Do you need that special Honda clutch basket tool on the '03s? Better check. I know on the old Hondas you had to have a special Honda part to get the clutch assembly apart, and the thing is like $30-$40. Fuckers.
