how do i hook a shiftlight up to a bike?. i dont have a tach so im going to use the light when i wanna get on it so i dont over rev(no rev limiter on older bikes)..

i have a msd shiftlight.(dont know the PNs right now)

i guess i should look it up at the msd site.. but is anyone runing a shiftlight?
