Default power commander for a stock bike?

Is the expense of a power commander worth it on a stock bike? Full exhaust is coming but I do not see how a power commander will help the stock tune unless you can get someone to put a custome fuel map in it.

you can get somebody to put a fuel map on it for your bike i belive, but it still helps a stock bike to put it on.put it on a 99 aarons racing 929 and it was a world of difference.

When people "custom" tune the bike with the power commander can they actually change the fuel trims like with my car or are they just making % changes that cover the whole rev range? To me a custom tune is WOT and normal driving.

it has numerous fuel maps built in to it and even more for download on their site. Look it up and read about it on their site.

Don't expect any HP gains on a stock bike but it will smooth out thethrottle response and power curves if you get a good tune.
