Me and the bf are lookin for a roomie. We have a 1 car garage which is plenty big for our two bikes and another. We're near USF tampa campus (fowler and 56th).. Raintree Manor. Its a nice, quiet community (which means no burnouts, man!). Rent is 575/mo. 1 bdrm in a 2/1.5/1. There are 2 floors, brand new carpet, paint, etc. 2 Community tennis courts and pools. Its a nice newly renovated place with a garage (big plus for us bikers) so the price is appropriate. As far as the bathroom, its never been a problem with my previous roomies.

 

I need a garage bad but I just moved into a new place and need to talk my roommate into splitting a garage at the complex. (I like my bike to be nearby) Good luck though Jess!

BWAHAHA no way. This is where i moved in order to avoid that. Not only is the garage an awesome way to prevent theft, but its mainly retired folk here.... I lived here 2 yrs ago when I first got my bike and didnt know about bike theives... I used to leave my bike outside all the time, and it was never so much as looked at wrong.

Fuck yeah, when I was looking for a place I had tunnel vision for a garage, so I figure someone else with a bike will be doing the same.
