And it fucking sucked! The Twin Cam 88B engine is a god damn joke and produces no power. Harley's fuel injection must run lean, because the bike was getting so hot at stops on Las Vegas Blvd that it was actually burning me and the old lady's right legs. The engine's claim to not shaking is true though. It has a very mild vibration at idle, but once you RPM it a little it's as smooth as glass. The idle was very smooth sounding also, not erratic like my cammed up blockhead. All-in-all, it kinda makes you feel like you're not riding a Harley.

Fucker looked good though, here's a pic:

Now, for all of you complainers who think it's hot to ride here, I suggest taking a spin down the strip in Vegas. Nothing is hotter than 105 degrees in the desert, especially when Nevada has strict helmet laws. My head sweat more than I ever thought possible!

I've tried the newer model HDs myself and like you, was not impressed.
They look good, but need more bite!

It's weird, because my buddy rides an '02 Dyna Wide with the TC88, not the 88B, and the thing has some decent grunt. Sure, he's got open pipes and an open air cleaner, but it shouldn't make that much of a difference. His is carbureted, maybe that helps. It still doesn't shake past idle though, but at idle, it shakes a lot. I'll stick to riding my blockhead
