hahaha nah we were just cruisen and then we noticed the FHP about 2 blocks up so we slowed it down and so we wouldnt get it for speeding but hell i should have kept hauling ass the ticket would have been cheaper prolly....but 38 in a 50 @ 2am on gandy blvd. with no traffic? find something else to do than pull my slow ass over...hell the ticket prolly would have been cheaper if i would have wheelie'd it just a impound fee a bail out fee and court cost naaaaah would have been cheaper just walkn my bike down gandy......

I'm going to put my money on you being blazed out of your mind and paranoid. The ONLY time I've done sub-speed limit speeds on the highway is the one time I ate like a pound of hash. As soon as my radar detector went off on I4 I went from 100mph down to 40mph.
