What the article doesnt tell you is one of the main reasons why the police are taking more action on patterson road.... About 7 months ago , me and a couple friends took patterson road in the day time , first time i had ever been there and was able to see everything.cause i normaly was there after dark... we took it slowly and around one of the sharpest turns , we saw an old guy shoveling loose sand on to the road.... not even 3 weeks later , a guy i knew went down on that very same turn from a shit load of sand being on the road...The police knew this was being done which is why they had no choice but to attempt to more strongly enforce speeding on patterson...

 

I heard this was going on over at Newberger but not about Patterson....

 

That's attempted 1st degree murder... and you did nothing, not even after a buddy of yours lost it?

Dude, if I saw some asshole shoveling sand onto a road I was about to ride through, I'd fucking lose it... and I'd probably the most calm out of the guys I ride with. Even if I didn't whup his ass, I'd call the cops on him. And once I saw this article, I'd write the reporter about the attempted vigilantism going on. It'd be a great follow-up piece.

 

I've talk to a lawyer that said he would easily own anyones ass for putting sand in a road and someone falling.....

I agree, i would have gotten off the bike right there and asked politley "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!!!"

 

one, you should've killed the guy and buried him in the hole he just dug throwing sand on the road.

two, this is a prime example of why you should always do a slow pass the first time down a road to check conditions.

 

well first off , i did write to the publisher about his article and said the very same thing to him... i also did report it to the police.. dont make assumptions , i never told u i didnt do anything about it.... But i was not about to jepordize my career for an assualt and battery charge for woopin some guys ass....Coast guard woulda dropped me in a heart beat if i did so... , im waiting to see what the newsletter says about this too..... the police officer is spoke to , i have his name on record some where told me that there were some situations in that area that were being dealt with...

i lived in the egles it was a comunitt homes and evey night i herid motorcycles rush like 100 120 down i hierd one then 5 min late i hierd like 50 well it was kool lol but i saw the guy wow died right in front of me i was geting out of the hood and it didnt look good but u know watever we all have our dayes fuck it i cant slleep with out hearing motorcycles at night lol keep riding i guess
