Sounds cool. I assume it is pretty durable then? How much $ to do a set of track plastics?

Yeah his gf is a smart girl...
954RR- about the price/paint. If the plastics have no factory paint on them and only need minor sanding to smooth out then 30.00
If they need to be completly sanded.. first i need to fnd a DA sander.. but then like 50.00.
I perfer they come sanded since im always running around the dealership..
You can give me a small plastic, like a fender cover.. ill spray it.. if you like it we can go from there, you can drop off all the plastics ( dealership doesnt like non-employees in or around the shops, insurance reasons) and go to lunch or theres Clearwater and CountrySide mall down the road.. and give me atlease an hour.

And for the frames. If its already stripped down and only minor taping is needed ( like vin plate, bearings, ect ect) then 20.00 ( which includes frame, swingarm, and what ever else is metal and needs to be done). If you want me to try my best of masking off the bike with tape and new paper and then paint the frame( and all the other parts) then 40. With a good masking job it should look good, only issue would be the inside of the frame, but if the tank is off that might help.

Hope the prices arnt to bad.. im not trying to charge much on just the spraying.. ill probably buy my employees pizza with that.. but sanding and masking is a stress factor for me since im always pulled left and right at work.

im gonna try and get my friend Ryan to bring up his R6 so i can do his frame.. ill post pics

How is the finish? Is it rough like the actual bedliner stuff or more smooth (my preference) like paint or whatever? I like smooth but it doesn't have to be perfectly smooth. Durable is important too.

The plastics are already primered and ready to go. I'll have to give them a lite sanding just to get them perfect and smooth out the frame slider and turn signal holes I cut out. I'll also get the tank sanded down, taped off, and ready to go. You probably won't have to do anything but spray them down.

I can either do first thing Friday morning or wait a couple weeks since I'll be on vacation from the 11th to the 18th. Let me know what sounds good to you.

Thanks,

Nick
