Thanks for sharing our little secret... I Hate You.
Ok... here's the skinny.
Took the bike down for test & tune to actually "test & tune".
And yes, I knew it would be embarrassing so I did not look for much company this time.

First Pass: Boost spiking well beyond 20psi... not good, short shifted and coasted through... lost to another Busa.
However, I did get to hear the blow off valve

Switched waste gate hoses from front to rear (and vice versa).

Second Pass: Low Boost (5psi), raced the Busa again... got him by a good bit.

Third Pass: High Boost (10psi), raced Johnny Turbo on his 350rwhp GSXR1K... ummm, I lost... bad.
Got too excited, blew the tire, missed a shift, and watch him run away.

Forth Pass: High Boost (10psi), raced Johnny on his ZX12... ummm, I lost agin, but not nearly as bad.

The bike appears to be running well... need to put some miles on it to better gauge the mods.

So anyway... she's home.

Here's a couple pics taken a few moments ago...

I think I found another problem... the blue up-pipe tubing keeps sliding iff the plenum.... it's a couple of inches too short.
It is my beliefe that I have not been benefiting from the Boost as expected.

THis would explain how I was going through the 1/8 at 120mph (6.4)and only getting up to 145mph in the 1/4 (9.6/7).

I have also encountered more drama with this freakin thing

It either has a boost leak or an issue with the secondary injectors.
It's falling on it's nose around 5K RPM.

This project is so very frustrating...

They are always frustrating until you get it worked out then it feels great to have figured it out. If it was easy everybodu on your block would have one. Or at least sl2racer

I think if I even rode passenger on that thing I think I'd need new pants and the guy that would be behind you would need to clean his windshield lol. That looks insane.
