hey man if you had self control you wouldnt have that problem. You are prolly one of teh guys who drop the clutch at 9000 and wonder why u cant control it.If dont ride like an ass u wouldnt have that problem. As for your experience riding your cousions bike on occasion isnt experience. Thats a lot of bike to try and move if u have to in some sort of emergency. The swing arm isnt gonna help you when you end up in teh back window of some socker moms suv. Good luck.

Q- what would make you parents think a physical limitation (extensions) would make you a better/safer rider?

have you (they) ridden a lowered & stretched bike? i'd hardly consider that safer, but rather more dificult for you. experienced 'gofast' guys do this modification when they are looking to maximize their launches and shave as much off of the launch as possible.

i'd hit em up for some education classes, a premium helmet and gear, and full coverage insurance, if you're asking.......

nothing more, nothing less

How could you understand a 1000? The 1000 is just as fast, if not faster, than a busa(with the exception of top speed).

Good luck dood. I'm not going to flame you for buying a fast 1st bike, but maybe I will for buying a Busa.
