Sadly enough I just found out last night that I met him recently down in clearwater beach. Very sad.

It is very hard to deal with loosing a loved one, especially in an accident but, by all means don't sell your bike think about it is that what adam would have wanted you to do. Just wear all your gear and ride in his memory.RIP adam we will all say a prayer for him and his family.

I am good friends with Christine, the girl on the back. I saw her yesterday. She's has a broken tibula, fibula, pelvis, and sacrum, with road rash all over her arms and legs. She rode with me all the time, so I have felt pretty horrible the past few days. Luckily, she was wearing the helmet nice and tight. The first time I took her out, she just threw the helmet on and was like let's go. I scolded her about helmet safety and how it only works if it's strapped on. I'm glad she listened. Anyways, she had surgery on her leg, and will have surgery on her pelvis in a week or so. She's expected to be in the hospital for at least a month, and won't be able to walk for at least three. I've talked to several witnesses, as well as Christine, and this is what happened: Adam was riding perfectly safe, when two cars decided to turn at the same time, right in front of Adam and Christine. He managed to swerve and avoid the first car, which fled the scene, however there was no avoiding the second; the road was nearly completely blocked, with no time to stop. Christine, luckily, was launched over the car, landing some 200 feet away. I guess Adam wasn't launched over the car, because from what i've been told, the impact caused the car to spin around and strike the bike again, which ended up laying on top of Adam somehow. That's what i've been able to piece together so far, and i've probably talked to more people about it than anyone but the cops. Speaking of the cops, it took them 20 minutes to get to the accident scene, with the other emergency units 5 minutes behind. This is pretty ridiculous to me and pisses me off tremendously. How could it possibly take that long to respond to an accident on that part of Little? Anyways, later that night there was another fatal accident aproximately 5 minutes away at Regency (Rowan/77) and just past Ridge right by the 711. A car pulled out in front of another biker named Justin. He died on the scene, and he was wearing a helmet. I hope this serves as a reminder (not that we need one) for all of us to be extra careful, and watch out for those asshole cagers who decide to just pull out. Thank you Adam for saving my friend's life, I just wish it hadn't have cost your's. I hope that all of you keep Christine in your thoughts. She is a sweet girl, and in no way deserves what has happened to her. She is a motorcycle enthusiest and loved to go for rides. She was just going for a ride around the block with a friend. If there is going to be a ride I am definitely in, and I think we should all maybe sign a card or chip in on a gift or something to take to her. If anyone is interested, let me know. Oh, I'm not religious or anything, but she wore a chain and cross everyday. The chain apparently broke off and was not found, however, during surgery, the doctors found the cross (minus the chain) in her hair. Wierd huh? Well, everyone ride safe, wear your helmet, and keep Christine in your thoughts please.
