Painting the wheels
I am very much considering doing this...I guess brake fluid got on the wheels before and ate up the paint, and looks like ass now
Anybody ever try this before? I was thinking about getting it professionally done, but figured I could probably do it myself. The wheels are black now and want to paint it the same. I'm not looking for stlye points, just don't want my wheels looking like it has liverspots..

Taking tires off is easy or just pay a shop a few bucks to do it.
If you want quality, get them powdercoated.
Even if you decide to paint them, I would still take the tires off the rim otherwise it will look like shit.
