I'm not signing. A.) Online petitions are useless, and B.) just because the guy's an asshole doesn't mean he has to go to jail. I say worse shit than that daily, and if someone docked me 15 days of pay, that'd be more than enough punishment. Don't get me wrong, the guy is a prick cocksucker, but he doesn't deserve jailtime.

He was on duty. His job was to take the 911 calls. He failed to do the job he was being payed for and that may have resulted in a persons death........Willful Negligence on his part.
15 days pay is chickenshit.
Removal from the force, loss of all benefits seems more like a fitting punishment.
