Captain Liberty
Captain Liberty is loosely based on the American Maid character from the cartoon. She has an infatuation with Batmanuel, above, and like American Maid she has government ties. She also unwittingly kills the greatest superhero of all time in The Funeral when The Immortal keels over in her bed.
