05 gixxer 600 or 05 CBR 600
The CBR is the better bike IMO. It has more styling than a Gixxer, and they increased the power I think. I look at the Gixxer, and I look at the 05 600RR and it blows the Gixxer out of the way. That bike dominated the field at Daytona.

The only time i like the RR is when its on 1 wheel.

skrew the 600 get the 1000 it looks bad ass and rides 10000000000000Xs(so smooth) better then it looks, a little hot though sitting in 5o'clock traffic but it cooled me off just fine once it was rollin. its rated at like 160hp at the wheel. killed my buddy's 750 and didn't break 9,000 rpm (barely gettin into it but the torque starts at 5500) had the 600 did every mod possible w/o going into the motor and what the 600 made at 14,000rpm the 1000 make at 7,000 with a 12 or 13 rpm rev range

yep black and yellow my 04 gsxr600 was yelnblk too... now all the colors are availble... half way done on the motor break in and it already a lot of fun to ride. if you can be responsible this will be the last bike you'll ever buy... i just got riding home with a friend who bought the black and silver he says "so smooth way more forgiving then my(his) 750!!!" for a bike claimed to have 160whp it is just as refined as a honda on the street. it does what is told with no delay. just watch it when(if) you crack that throttle past 1/2 it jumps like it has a turbo. absolutly insane feeling...
the suspension is real stiff... you can feel everything in/on the road, and it leans in the twistys like a 600
