DON'T USE THEM
Biggest bullshit piece of shit company I've ever had to deal with.
I ordered my Icon Kitty Jacket back in october and they said it would be back ordered until Jan/Feb and if I did not want my credit card charged and the order canceled to respond to the email within 30days and it would be done. So yes that's what I did b/c I wasn't going to wait that long.
I sent like 5 more emails to confirm or get some type of reply from these people to make sure everything was ok. No response. Tried to call these people and I'm never able to get through. Bullshit. Finally I just forget about it thinking everything will be ok but somehow my gut was telling me different.
January comes around and low and behold I now have 356 missing out of my bank account and I have a shipping conf to let me know my package will arrive in the next couple of days... so now I have a whole 30 to live off of for over a week til I get my next paycheck.
I finally get a hold of these people and they tell me they are so sorry and my emails must have ended up in some spam folder and they never got them. They would try to stop my jacket at the first drop off point then when it got back to them they would refund my money, but if I got the jacket, don't open it just refuse shipment ... so guess what ? I got the jacket, I refuse shipment, they receive my jacket and I still don't have my money ....
Yesterday I'm told, yes the jacket is here, I'll go ahead and take care of it, I'll have the money posted to your account today. It's now thursday, the following day, no money in my account, I call them again and they tell me they only have the first four numbers of my card... wtf ????? oh and it's the same two people always working there ....
So my advice, if you come across the site and think you're getting a good deal, ya sure you might be, but i'll guarantee you'll deal with a ton of bullshit...oh and I still don't have the money back in my account ...

i just got an icon timax jacket and superduty boots from them... got everything within 10 days, no problems... best prices i found on em.

Thats sucks. I make sure to use a regular credit card and not a debit card when paying for big purchases on the net. This way I can dispute the charge if the product doesn't come in or it ends up being a P.O.S.
