So what happened?

I felt that the original e-mail sent out by clearwaterbiker was in poor taste, and no offense Chris, but don't really think it belongs on here either

I have enough Drama in my life to go worrying about someone elses that I don't know. Don't get me wrong - If one of you needs someone to watch their back, or keep an eye out, or needs a helping hand / someone to talk to, etc we would all step up. This one just seems a bit far-fetched. I don't know ritchie (only met him at his shop) and I have only ridden with Steve a few times, but it seems like there is always drama in the bike community around here. People don't like others, that's the nature of things, but some seem to be dead-set on creating problems for those they don't like.

I know Steve is always out and about on organized rides, Dinner and a Movie, etc... I can't imagine he's trying to hide from anyone. I am sure there is history there we don't know about and no one but Steve / Ritchie know what has happened or didn't. Steve has made it clear he is not hiding, and would pro-actively meet with officers to give a statement and face this head on. I say we leave it at that.

If the cops are looking for someone with indesputeable proof, convicted, etc, that's one thing. Spreading rumors (true or untrue) about this all over the internet and bike forums won't help the situation for either of them.

"Enough already.... Not bad enough I get fired for doing Exactly what my boss and I discuss because he forgets/confuses the agreement. Now I have my own wanted poster? For the record Richy and I deceided to sell some parts on e-bay. Sinse I was doing all the work we agreed on a 50/50 split with me/ritchy. To make it all easier we used my personal e-bay account to try it out for the first couple of months to see if it would even be worth it. Which I also use for my personal stuff. I tried to keep him updated on what was happening but he really didnt care. He said as long as kept paying him and was honest with him he didnt care. He misunderstood some of the transactions and fliped. End of story. I tried to explain the records to him but he didn't want to talk about it. So if the police would like to talk to me I would love to settle this and go through all the records with them. Unfortunatly I have been home and none have stoped by or called so I guess I will have to go see them. Where is a cop when you need one? As for Leif or anyone else that wants to add to this? First you shoyld know me better and 2nd be sure you know all the facts before you gather a lynch mob."

Can we all let this go now please and let Steve / Ritchie / the police and courts decide this - thanks
