Local Bike Show
Hey guys, I manage the Advance Auto Parts on Dale Mabry and Waters and we're having our grand opening in a few weeks. My DM wants all the managers to have special events going on in our parking lots. I thought I could host a bike show. Maybe some free food and a chance to show off your rides. If you're interested or have some ideas let me know.

did you say free food & drinks... Create some fliers and get them into circulation at the existing bike nights and meets (QS&L, The Lot, The Hess, etc.)
I would recommend organizing it similar to some of the existing shows with categories and prizes.
With a minimal amount of targeted marketing you should be able to pull off a decent show without a large expense.
Leif (RideThis) over at www.ClearwaterBiker.com organizes events as well... he may be a valuable resource worth tapping.
