Trying to pick out my first bike.
I'm still toying with the idea of selling my Katana 600.... W/ Extended unlimited mileage warranty, and very well maintained... Never had any problems... For around 4,500. It's an 03. That way you get new bike reliability with a couple of G's off of the price...

Thanx for the advice, the reason I was thinking of getting a new bike is becasue I didn't plan on doing any crazy riding until I get pretty good and I don't have the cash up front to shell out so I was gonna finance it. Well, I still got another month, i'll see how much i can save up or w/e

I was dead set on getting an 05 R6 as my first bike. After I read this article I wanted a ninja 500, I couldn't find one so I ended up with a older katana.

One of the consequences of such notions as "entitlements" is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”
