Well I bit the bullet and got insurance on my Bike... It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. When talking to some people last night at Splitsville, I found out that some people are confused about theft coverage ( Comprehensive) on motorcycles. The truth behind it is this...

You have to purchase the minimum liabiltiy, but this coverage is very inexpensive ( around $350.00 annually for me) I was then able to purchase comprehensive (theft) and roadside assistance for an additional $650.00 annually. ( You do not need to purchase collision to have comp.) My total monthly payments are $88.00 on my 2003 Katana... Another funny thing is that pretty much any 600cc sprotbike is rated the same. So, if you have seen all these bikes getting stolen and started feeling paranoid like me... Thft insurance may be easier to get then you think.

 

What company did you insure it with?

 

Progressive, did it on the website.

 

Yeah I finally got it on mine to just in case it gets stolen. I was really paranoid with all these thefts that have been going on recently.

I called everywhere today for insurance...

Cheapest i found was 205 a month :bbb: for just liability / theft. lol

Shit sucks.
