I have three different kits that I am negotiating for:
1) Motorhead's Gheto Kit (~275rwhp)
2) NLR MCXpress Kit w/ intercooler (~325rwhp)
3) Velocity Racing Stage II (~325+rwhp)
Time will tell...
I have the funds burning a hole in my pocket!!!

Still working options #2 & #3.
FYI...
I know that Option #3 is the way to go... but is pretty darn pricey...

Just make sure you upgrade the brakes, shit'll come up faster than before and I dunno if the stock Busa brakes will hold up for the 325+rwhp you want. If so, at least upgrade to sintered pads.
