Well, it sounds like a good idea, but at the same time, I hate giving the government, or anyone more of our rights. They take too many daily. I even bought my R6 without a license and rode it home. I see where you are coming from, and I think perhaps a well thought out plan might be handy to prevent things like you mention above.

it's kind of like aids.... They aren't strict about it because it's a way of keeping the population of retards down.

Hey, if some retard wants to buy a 'busa and wreck it, good for him. I don't think there should be any regulations whatsoever regarding the purchase of motorcycles. A brand new 16 year old driver doesn't go out and buy a Z06 'vette, because he/she knows better. If some wad with a shiny new endorsement wants to buy a 'busa, it's his fault if it goes down. I've been riding for years and I wouldn't get on a 'busa!

Why change the status Quo, which... in effect... is a perfect example of Darwanism.

Busa's scare me and I ride... Like above it's natural selection.
Though the places that sell the bikes really should try harder to sell a bike that fits the riders experience.

if some retard has the money and wants something bad enough theres nothing you can do to stop them if they don't get it from you they will somewhere else, but i will say this, i won't, even thought i really need the money sell my busa to an inexperienced rider because i know this thing is sick especialy scince the regear, even for me and i don't want someones death or dismemberment on my conscience

plus i don't care what anyone says but when i switched from the gsxr 1k to the busa i still had to take it slow and relearn the bike its a totaly different animal, acceleration unmatched and hard braking just isn't an easy option with the almost 150lbs extra weight
