You might foul plugs easier, but alot of times a blue back fire is an indication of running lean. Lean is bad. A lean condition could cause alot of bad stuff to happen. Such as holes in pistons, holes in valves or you could fry your rings.
I would recommend taking your bike to a shop that has a Dyno with an Air/Fuel meter (such as R&R Performance) and see exactly what your bike is doing and where it's doing it. Then you can easily get a solution to your problem instead of speculating on what it might be.
