Upgraded my bike to death last night!
Dropped in 15/42 gearing off of the stock 16/40, progressive front suspension, and new tires. It's almost like riding on a new bike! I just gotta scrub my new tires in a little so I can really see what this gearing'll do.
Cool,
remember u were asking about bike meets a lil while back in my thread? Yeah.. I was driving by thurs. night on gandy and there is a lil bar between fourth street and tha bridge... there were quite a few cruisers there.. Just a heads up..

Post some pics of your toys... they sound nice.
Was it difficult to get the front sprocket off?
Did you use an impact?

One of the consequences of such notions as "entitlements" is that people who have contributed nothing to society feel that society owes them something, apparently just for being nice enough to grace us with their presence.”

Nah, I'm too old school to use power tools. I don't own anything impact, do all my work with hand ratchets. The front sprocket came off with a normal ol' breaker bar.
