You could always go with a Vortex style screw on cap.

...that would be nice, otherwise its a Vortex...at least I have an account with them so it will be somewhat reasonable $. While I am thinking about it, do you have any old upper triples laying around? I talked to you before about my friend who machines them out of billet...well he needs some stock pieces to get measurements off of. I will give them back, and I can have him make your sets for free...or anything really if you have the stock piece to model off of.

I do happen to have an extra Vortex gas cap around, but I need it back. I'll probably get you my triple tree when I redo my forks in a couple of weeks.
