Default sprockets help

so my rear sprocket worn out cause about an hour of riding with loose chain. question is should i replace the front sprocket? and should i replace the chain also? i hope not cause thats look like a pain in the ass to break it and install a new one.

how old are they? I would change out the entire set... chain, sprockets.... You'll get a longer life out of them.

Yes. It is usually a good idea to replace the set:
Front, Rear and Chain.

Try a different combo...
This really change the dynamic of the bike.

I went from a 17 / 40 combo to a 16 / 40 combo... pretty decent wheelie increase.
Going to a 16 / 42... anticipating lots more wheelie-ability.
However, the top-end will suffer.

yeah i always change everythinga t the same time, its almost a garuntee that if the back its tore up the front will be too, and so is the chain from making the sprockets like that.

shouldn't be that old - its RK Gold X-ring Chain - i checked its 80$ a piece at kneedgraggers!

yeah i'm going to keep what the previous owner did -1 up +2 rear. give pretty good pick up. some dude doing -1 +7!!!

with that price should i go with EK color chain... its would match my color and look nice.. anyone experience with EK color chain

Shit, if you all want to do a group buy I have 6 other people ordering sets off another site...I need 4 more and I can do them for $135 for a set of any sprockets vortex makes and a gold xso rk shipped...a great deal cheaper than kneedraggers. Or for $150 shipped for just one set for you...
