I was looking at a few bikes on the Cycle Trader. I came across a bike and it had an email , the bike was 1900 for a gsxr 600.. The guy emailed me back and this is what he wrote me....

He just sent me a few pics of what supposed to be the bike forsale, and the bike says its a 750, but in the email subject he said '' Here are pics of the 600 "

 

SCAM! Cycle Trader is full of them.

 

people who send money through western union without knowing the person are stupid and gullable as hell...

Also, being that its a international wire, the bank will not cover it if theres fraud involved......SCAM waiting to happen....

 

Yeah that's obviously a scam. If it's not possible to actually see and touch the bike in person before putting up any money, I wouldn't even bother. I heard these are actually young kids in 3rd world countries like in Africa who actually try to pull this stuff. Saw a story on 20/20 or something about it, it's amazing people are actually dumb enough to go through with it.
