the metzlers m1's are sticky, but i do prefer the dunlop 208zr's and endo's aren't about how sticky the tire is cause i've don them on shit ass tires on a ninja 250 which is one side disc, its all about technique and lowering the pressure in the front tire a little

I'd have to say the best tires(and have been for the longest time) are the pirelli diablo/corsa series. Within this past year they have been making a strong bid for number one in popularity. These have been the staple of track racers in the US and Europe for quite some time. Still availible for reasonable prices and you will get so much more bang for you buck. Can get em new from local bike shops or online for around 200 a set with them being a bit cheaper online. Or you can get race take offs for 50-75 bucks--usually only used for one race or practice session and swapped, so they will have lote of life left. Just be careful of tires that are on a super tight course or one the has a majority of turns one way or the other.

I like my new diablo rear... heats up quick and is nice and sticky, for a great price...

I want a new one for the front too but that will have to wait :-p
