i went for a ride to clearwater with my freinds (who were in cars thank GOD) and we were coming home and we were in clearwater and you know how the roads are small..well i was in front and my two freinds were behind me and following all traffic laws such as the speed limit and such when all of a sudden a van passes me and almost hits my mirror thats how close they were...ya they passed 2 cars and a bike(me) on the oncoming traffic lane and almost took me out....being the angry elf that i am chased up to them (and now its a two lane road) to give them a finger and as i came up to them the bitch swerved into me almost hitting me and i locked up the rear but kept the wheels down............i was in shock...they tried to hit me....so i passed them then my firends blocked me in (after giving the van many fingers and four letter words and they still sped up like they still wanted to hit me and later turned off.........i cant believe that they were so mad at me going the speed limit they made an attempt at my life....this blows my mind and i was so pissed.....WHO THE F!@$K DOES THAT SHIT!!!! sorry for the novel guys but i thought you should all know my crazy story and tell you all to be careful cuz there are people out there who WILL SWERTVE AT YOU ON A BIKE AND NOT THINK TWICE!!!!!( i am still very pissed) what kind of people do that....................

this remind me to load some BBs in my pockets next time i ride out. finger doesn't work - i almost got rear ended on highway other day - for doing normal speed. this fat ass minivan speeding 90+mph limit is 60mph. i gave the finger but i was in the turn to get off the highway.

Next time, get the tag and call it in... I'm sure you had other things on your mind, but it can't hurt.

I've had some people pass me pretty close, and people who like to merge lanes reeeeealy close because they feel there is more room since the bike doesn't take up the whole lane. I think I may need to get some of those Ti-Max gloves for when i catch up to one of these fuckers at a light.

Make use of the helmet if you don't fall off the bike wait till they stop somewhere, get off, and beat the shit out of the van with your helmet. Works good IMO.

I've kicked a car before because they were merging over into my lane and were about to run me over so I kicked the shit out of there door. That got their attention.

OR, get a concealed weapons permit and open fire on the dumb fucks next time. Hey you were in fear for your life, it's reasonable, right?

Word.. Call FHP and tell them that you are in fear of your life and this van is trying to run you off the road and is driving recklessly.. watch how long before a trooper flys past you..

I've had people pull up next to me... look me dead in the eyes, grin and try to run me into a median with a chick on the back.. I've had people try running me off the bridge and into oncoming traffick as well... it's nothing new to me... fucking people are assholes..

I seriously wonder how they would treat a defense of "I was in fear for my life" if someone was pulling this stuff and you pulled a weapon from a tank bag, etc...

hmm... ccw... possibly but not from a moving vehicle.. if you were at a light or in a parking space.. its up in the air.. But I DO believe it is illegal to fire a weapon from a moving vehicle... Bats and golf clubs aren't illegal to swing from a moving vehicle though...
