Since I only have my permit so far, I am not supposed to carry a passenger according to it. However, my GF returns from Thailand in a couple weeks and with as much riding as I'm doing I know she's going to end up on the back sooner or late, lol....

How much are the tickets, and do you accrue any points? I don't see anyone pulling me over just to see if I have my license, etc, but if it were to happen that I was yanked for some reason????

 

they wont give you a ticket for that kinda crap, just like they wont pull you over for not wearing a seat belt in a car, they can add that to the list of tickets when they pull u over for something else. don't worry about it and go for it, Do u know how many riders don't even have a permit or endorsements???? prolly about 30% of riders on the road. trust me ur safe bro.

they can give you a ticket it's not a moving violation. don't under esitmate the quickness of a cop to be an ass to some one on a scooter!

 

I've already experienced that.... got pulled over for doing 35 in a 35, lol..... Guess I just looked suspicious on my "race bike" and all....

 

Just do what I did and buy her a bike!

I rode with Gabi on the back of my bike many times with just a permit. I got pulled a few times and they never said anything.

 

Cool Bruce, I doubt she would ever want her own bike... not to mention her being 4'11 and about 87 lbs won't make it any easier for her if she does....
