Default bike problem

hey guys i have a 96 cbr f3... in first gear the bike drives fine in lower rpm ...anything after that the bike boggs... if i go in third or fourth it goes nowhere...it just boggs in and out. and when i pull up to lights it tries to die unless i keep gassing it... here are the things ive checked and are ok

fuel filter and petcock are cleaned
plugs are good...took them out and cleaned them
changed the Regulator
new battery

and the bike was running fine before i changed the battery (since its wont start i think my charging system doesn't work) and the regulator from other bike.

ur generator is going bad (same thing as an alternator in a car). the bike is prolly runnning 80% off of the battery. go ahead and get ur bike started and unhook the battery. if it dies it is your generator. Another thing may be dirty carbs.

Try your air filter also. I had a similar problem, and all i had to do was change the filter and my bike runs fine now.

i did all that - check the air filter. fuel filter. i took it to the mechanic anyways - and he say the carb sound fine. its rev fine till redline while idling. i hope hes can find out whats up with it.. but we though the fuel clogged. i hope thats the problem . to keep it simple not other complicate engine problem

sounds like the friction plates are gone, or could be the carbs (floats may be out of adjustment, or maybe deposit in one of the mains...) who checked it out?

yeah and fixed it right away that day actually. first its was my regualtor that gave me charging problem (pushed 4 times home) and my sparkplug wires fried. i should ask him just to find whats wrong. but i let him do it anways so i can worry free. they charged me about 120$.. i think thats ok price since i been coming to them alot. oh yeah they also do pickup for people that doesn't have a trailer/truck. that was a sweet service. btw whats its not a good place to check. i know the shop is old style and stuff.
