just think..you almost erased that tatto on your back.....let me guess...tennis shoes, jeans and a tshirt....people dont get it...maybe now you will get some gear..glad you are alive...but you have not felt the worst part of road rash yet.......give it a week or so

OUCH! In his defense, on his last post he said he usually wears his gear but he was just headed to school and then back home when it happened. Anyone who has owned I bike knows that sometomes you don't feel like throwing all the gear on to go 5 minutes down the road especially if you don't live in high traffic areas. I know I didn't.

what I have found is if you cover the fuck out of the rash with vasoline, then get in the shower it's not as bad at all...it keeps the water & heat off the wounds, just lay it on real thick....
