Default I just ordered

i just ordered some nice new sprockets (stock is 15/43) and i'm getting (15/50) i had a 45 on the back but still didn't give me the result i was looking for, and converting from a 5-30 chain to 5-20. i also got all new cables (throttle, clutch, and speedo) for my bike, and a new wiring harness. I also got new fork seals. So after all of this shit my bike should be dam near perfect. i would have replaced everything except the engine. Now if i can just get my license back....

what year is your bike?
the reason i'm asking is because your saying you have a 5-30 chain, wich i thought only came on the older gsxr stock.i personly wouldent go to a 5-20 unless you were road racing(less friction).i would go to a minimum of 5-25,its a little more stronger.

this is only my personal opinion

yeah i have a 1993 gsx-r 750 slingshot. its a rare model. in '93 they only made one gsx-r model, the 750 slingshot. it was only produced one year, and discontinued, rumor was it was too fast for a 750, but i'm not sure if its true. Nothing on this bike will cross-reference over to another model, so it makes it extremely hard to find parts for this bike. If i blow out the clutch, one of the 8 plates for the clutch costs $45, the guy at powersports said it adds up to almost 800 in parts for the clutch
