GSX-R 1000 Vs. TL1000R
Just wondering which is faster. Im getting one in a few months when I come back from tech school in the services. Im getting either one of these bikes and just wanted to know which I would be happier with. Im asking handling, straight line, daily driving, everything. Thanks in advance. And don't worry about me I have already taken the class and have ridden(spelling) before.

uhm.. 600 vs 1000 or gixxer vs TL?
Ok... gixxer 1000 is faster then the TL.. the TL has more torque as well as much heavier. TL is V-twin powered.. Gixxer.. four banger and lighter..
that's about all I can tell u about that... the 600 is fast... the 1000 is hard to keep the front wheel down... make sence???

like I said... TL is a vtwin, heavier, harder through corners, more torque, easier on forearms and back then the gixxer...
gixxer1000 is a inline four, very light, very agile, harder economics, easier to wheelie.. uhm.. anything else need to know?

BLAH!!!! if your serious and it was me i would get the TL1000, just for the simple fact is that it is a nice sounding bike, hence the v-twin, and its about $1500 cheaper. personnally i wouldn't wat a bike that came up on the back wheel very easy, gixxer1000, just asking for trouble in the from of asphalt chewing off you back side. but that just my 2cents.

Yeah im thinking the TL. I have always loved them. I mean everyone has a "gixxer" you know. I want something that you don't see everyday. The dual exhaust is nice too. lol. I figure I could pick a used(98-01) TL for around 6-9k. I want one with less than 10k on the clock though. Im thinking that wont be to hard to find.
