Default Motorcycle mileage?

Just wondering how much mileage is a lot porportional to a car. And of course I know it all depends on how hard you ride your bike. Just the average, like on a car 120,000 is a lot. If this doesnt make any sense then just feel free to flame .

i seen people had 100k+ mies on there bike - yeah thats alot - cause people have bike in 2digits (k) my bike had 30k its a 94 so thats alot - and i think how hard u ride ur bike doesn't mean how much u put on ur bike either - cause if u going to wheelies thats going to take like 2 miles everytime u do it. i guess its just how much u ride it - cause hold the bike going straight line isn't really "riding hard"

My 2002 R6 has 11k miles!
A lot for a 2002 I geuss.
But hey, I love to ride.

Trying to determine the mechanical condition of a bike depending on the mileage is not very accurate.

For example: A bike with less miles that has been riden to the ground (stunts, etc.) compared to a bike with double the miles that has not been stunt ridden and maintained properly is not going to be as mechanically sound as the bike with more miles.

thanks a lot ya'll... yah bikes that take a lot abuse from stunts are def. something I dont want.

When I get the time and money (which are hard to come by lately) I will probaly look for a 2000-01 w/ about 8000 some odd miles.

Thanks again,
-Kevin
