Question good starter bike?

iv been looking for a nice bike to buy but i have no riding exp.

what bike would you suggest for a beginner. i was thinking maybe a gsx-r 750. or is that too much bike? let me know!

do a search dammit! we already have 15 million threads in the GBF about this. don't get anything over a 600, and don't get anything expensive b/c you will lay your bike down.

I just bought a 98 cbr 600 for 2000$ that was laid down from a friend... the plastics where a little scratched up but I figured I would end up laying it down again so might as well have it pre-scratched. Thats my excuse to tell the ladies tho

"I scratched my bike up doing a tripple back flip over 2 semi's and an apartment building.... i do it perfect all the time.. except the wind hit the "wheel" and through me off balance...."

i have a good bike for sale...it is a 1995 honda cbr 600f3...it has all ohlns suspension(worth at least 700) chrome rims, yosh pipe, down one in the front, up 4 in the back...brand new paint...frame sliders...im looking to get 4000 for it...let me know if anyone wants pictures
