Ok I have a zx6 that I let my buddy ride. He rode it with the choke on and my immediate thought was that the carbs just needed to be cleaned. I let the bike sit for a couple weeks afterwards which probably wasnt the best idea. I talked to a guy at a local shop i go to and he said that it might just be the spark plugs. I guess it happens often. The bike is a 2001 with a clean florida title. It ran great before he rode it and im pretty sure that it wont take much to fix. I have the old engine that comes with it. The guy before me swapped the engines. From what he told me there was only about 7000-8000 miles on the new engine put in. The bike still turns over but doesnt run.
