New look, Vinyl wrap, paint,or new fairings? Input needed.
I'm planning on doing a flat black with ninja,zx6r,Kawasaki in kawi green decals and some sick kawi green pin stripping. I found 3m flat black wrap on ebay for a decent price, paint is obviously cheaper but permanent and alot more work and new fairing are more money than all the above. I'm leaning towards wrapping them cause i didn't even think about it till i stumbled across a vette who did it. I figure for the tank and fairings it can't cost that much.
Such as this but with above decals and stripes.

Do you plan on wrapping it yourself? I've considered it, just because I can draw on it, I get bored...
easy vinyl wrap : Suzuki GSX-R Motorcycle Forums: Gixxer.com
That guy did it, although got flamed like crazy for some reason; I stop caring most of the time in threads, but if done properly it can turn out well.
Also, doing the tank would be pretty difficult since it is such an odd shape. I would be interested to see if you do this or not, hell I'll even help you put it on.
You'll need heat to form and shape the vinyl.

as long as i use a heat gun i dont see why i would have to worry about curves.people bash everything on gixxer.com and gsxr.com.
He did the windscreen and a few other pieces too. Just showing you it seems relatively easy. I'm considering it, but am not sure on proper washing procedure and how long it'd hold up.
