Never had I once thought I would have to get a bike, but with my past traffic history i'm looking at like 300 a month in insurance on a car and definitely cant afford that.

Anyways i'm looking for a good beginners bike, I heard the Ninjas can get up to about 90mph... and thats about all I would need just looking for a point A to point B bike, not looking to race. I know the price range for these bikes are fairly low and I have about $3500 I can spend on one.

I would like to be able to pick it up sometime this week also. Craigslist has a few nice looking ones on it but just figured I would see my other options.

 

Maybe looking at getting a GSXR or CBR... Got about 3500 now that I can throw down on a bike.

 

How soon do you need it? My Fiance has a 03 Ninja 250R that we'll be looking to sell as soon as we find her a 600. Not sure on a firm price atm but I would say ~2k or less.
