Like the title says. Brand new ballast. Bulb in good condition. First $60 takes it. Need gone A.S.A.P. I drive a honda and have no need for just one H.I.D. Feel free to PM me with questions. Located at U.S.F. Bumps = rep!! thanks in advance!!
