I'm currently up in South Carolina and just got finished driving Deal's Gap and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It pretty much made my mind up on getting a bike. I really like naked bikes, and talked to a few Z1000 owners at Deal's and they all REALLY liked their bikes.

That's cool... Z1K owners are far an in between from what I've seen. Talking to a few at one time is def not the usual!
Used but destroyed? did you mean NOT destroyed?
You'll get a nice bike for cheapish with the Z1K, and not a lot of ppl have them so it's kind of cool when ppl come up and are like "what is that?"
