i am looking for a frame for a 96 gsxr 600 or 750...must have a clean title

nope not at all.....actually it was my stupidity....bought this bike from someone....the dude sold it to me and said he lost the title and he was going to apply for lost title...2 weeks went by and still no title...so i call the police station from where the bike came from cause it was from penns....comes back as having a lien on it...called the guy back to tell him to come get the bike...and bring me my money....phone is disconnected....the police dept wont give me the number to the lienholder...but he said he would get ahold of them and they will call me back....a week goes by and no call back from the lienholder...so now im stuck with this bike
