Default 2004 Honda 1000RR.......3,100......cash only for 3 days only!

I have a 1000rr that ended up getting a cd title issued. Apparently the isurance company found out the previous owner was selling it so i guess they had FL issue a CD title out of spite. In light of this keep in mind you can ONLY use this bike for off road use. The FL DMV will not let this bike be retitled in FL. So, you can either use this as a track bike or find a clean titled frame and swap everything over. There are some states that will allow this on the road with a simple inspection, and even others with a retitlement process. I can't know every states DMV guidelines, so its up to you to find out the details from your own states DMV.

There is nothing mechanically wrong with this bike. I just rode it around a pre construction neighborhood development and it tracks straight as an arrow. The Marvic rim you see on the front is just on there so i could roll it around. The bike had 06 rims on it, but i will be keeping these. The good original rear rim is shown in a pic with the front brake system and air shift stuff. Had the rear tire taken off cause it was bald. Also have the rear seat in excellent condition even though it isn't shown. The front rim is gone. Had let someone try to straighten i very slight ding from a referral, but have now come up MIA. Trying to track down a good front rim now. The brake system is complete and working which i will reinstall either after i get a new rim mounted, or the buyer wishes to pick up the bike.
There is no key set with the bike. I put on a lightech keyless gas cap, and hard wired the ignition to a switch on the upper triple(water proof). No wires were cut and all factory connectors are still intact. Obviously the bike is lowered and streched with a correct length side stand. You can see the sub frame is ever so slightly tweaked to the left. Can't feel in when riding, but can see it in the photo. Shouldn't take much to get that lined up again. The al. fender eliminator will stay on the bike as well.

In order to be road worthy one would need a headlight bulbs, winscreen, mirrors, front/rear turn signals, tail light, mid fairings, and the back half of the exhaust.
To get it back to a presentable road going condition one would probably care to pay attention to the following........
1. Get some mids and repaint faring set
2. Replace front brake lever
3. Find windscreen, turn signals, tail light, and headlight bulbs
4. Fix the slightly tweaked sub frame
5. Locate a front rim and a set of tires(might be able to help with the tires)
6. Either put on a slip on or the stock back half on the exhaust

The bike is actually in really good shape. Although, the pics may lead one to believe otherwise. That's why i encourage anyone with the cash ready to come take a look. I promise it is definately worth the trip to Riverview. Some of the aftermarket parts(lowering link, extensions, chain, lightech gc, MPS air shifter unit, etc.) you could take off and part out for other parts you may need or want. Hell, you could part the whole thing out for all i care. It just seems a shame to me to do that to something that isn't far from a track day racer.

Price is 3,100 bucks without the front or rear wheels that are currently on the bike currently. Cash only....no trades. If i can't find a buyer within that time frame then i just end up putting it to all stock and toss it on ebay.
Speaking of ebay here is a recent auction showing a similarly title issue bike that is merely half of what i'm offering. It went for several hundred more to boot.

eBay Motors: Honda : CBR (item 150127747276 end time Jun-06-07 07:30:30 PDT)

Having seen that i'm pretty certain this is a very fair deal. Some may even cosider it a great deal for the buyer.

Here are some pics of the bike which is located in Riverview FL.
