The scratches that James speakes of are so minor, I honestly don't think they will show up in pictures.

Honestly man, the damage is so minor...it wont even show up in a picture... i'll look to see if I have one though on my computer and send it to ya if i do...and unfortunately I still have to ask $5,300...that's what I owe...and it's with jacket, gloves, and helmet.

You Must go to the same bank he has the loan through and get the title put into your name, The payments should stay close to the same (maybe better) depending on how much you put down and what your credit looks like
