WTT or FS: 2002 Yamaha R1 57xx miles
I have for trade or for sale a 2002 Yamaha R1. I recently purchased the bike and it is the first bike I have ever owned. However, I think I would be better off if I traded this 1000cc for a 600cc or sold this bike to purchase a smaller cc bike. I have no problem riding the bike but as everbody says you can learn more and be scared less on a smaller cc bike.
Anyways enough about all that, it is a 2002 with 5,7xx miles CLEAN florida title. It has a power commander, upgraded clutch, Yoshimura slip-on, scorpio alarm, sliders, etc...The bike is currently painted flat black with no emblems, I was going to give it a real paint job once I was confident that I wouldn't lay it down ever again lol. The paint came out really good as you can see in the pictures. The bike runs AWESOME and I have babied it, haven't really taken it past 6k rpms, this bike has ALOT of power. It has been laid down but the only signs of this are some rash on the pipe, a crack on the rear fairing, and a crack on the mirror. This bike is in very good condition and very reliable.

I want to trade this for a 600cc plus some cash if possible, but I would sell for $6400. KBB is about $6900 for alot higher mileage so I feel this is fair. I also have an ARAI helmet, Alpinestars leather jacket with body armor and alpinestars gloves with carbon-fiber knuckle protectors. I'm not anxious to sell it as I really do like the bike alot, so please don't lowball. Its garaged every night and is really taken care of, I only ride it every once in awhile. Thanks for checking it out, I know there are some 600cc guys ready to move up (hint, hint).
