yes. and for some reason the story has been edited and shortened. richie and i went back and forth for weeks after i found out what he did. his defense was the labor was done. my argument was almost all parts were reused and as a result i had to buy half of an engine casing due to richie reusing a faulty old crank when i paid for a brand new one to be installed.

wow this is the first time i have been in this thread lets see.
+1 on the dogboner1 post. i can see him going far beyond the call of duty to help out fellow bikers.
hmm will never ever take my bike to a barneys.
i have talked to the guys at elite performance a few times. seem to be really nice and knowledgabble. plus very competive rates.
i personally go to r and b in holiday and action honda because of the parts guys. plus i spend some time on the phone with dogbone and cecil and cecils boy johnny at exotic cycles when every i get in a pinch.
can't forget turbokaw who takes the time to explain stuff to me also.

I bought my first bike last night at Team Savage located in Clearwater. I was actually looking to buy a used bike, but with the final cost of just under the price of a new bike I decided to put half down on a new bike and finance the rest. With the three year maintenance plan (including any batteries and tires you waste), you'll be looking to get rid of about 13k. Thats for a GSXR-600 - 9k for the bike, 2k in tax tag title building freight, and then another 2k for the maintenance and extended warranty. The guys were pretty decent about it - answered most of the questions I had and got me on the road last night. I am curious about the fact that they don't require insurance on the bike before you take it though?

Bike was as descriped Minus a few scratches.
He didnt pick up the phone when my friends and I tried calling him, But he did pm me and redirect me to his friend named "Mike" And I got directions and I picked the bike up. Seemed like a nice guy and helped me out.
So Overall My expierience was a good one with them.

skyy powersports in hudson all the way, especially their parts counter, very knowledgeable and they are willing to work with you on pricing.. On top of that they were the only ones who were willing to do the leg work to find my valve adjustment shims for my 82 gpz...
