The Madhouse of Bowman Gray Stadium has been a long-time staple of the pre-modern era NASCAR schedule. The K&N East Series returned to the quarter-mile in 2011, but the 2012 race was the one that sold me on the idea of NASCAR's top divisions returning to the old bull ring.

Thus, here is my case for NASCAR's return to the home of the oldest weekly racing circuit in America: Bowman Gray Stadium.
