Whelen Modified Classic 150 at Oswego 2017

2017 Labor Day weekend NASCAR Whelen Modified Toyota 150 classic at Oswego. This will most likely be my final post of the Modifieds since the car counts have dropped below 20.
I really don't understand the logic behind some drivers now showing up to certain events held Labor Day weekend at Oswego. Bobby Santos did not enter the modified race, yet he was in the Supermodified Classic the next day. Jon McKennedy who also races a modified never brought his car yet raced in the ISMA race on the same night.
Same stuff happened within the ISMA division. Dave Shulllick skipped out on the ISMA race but then raced Sunday in the Classic. Some drivers stated low car counts were due to a tire issue, but seemed odd that some drivers who skipped out on Oswego went and showed up at the Star-Classic a week later and then at Thompson at the end of the year

60 Lap Feature from Labor Day weekend 2017 at Oswego Speedway. ISMA Supermodified series car counts have become embarrassing to say the least. Having 15 cars staring a feature at Oswego is beyond disappointing. Especially when there are drivers who have ISMA cars that were running in the Classic the next day, but still decided to skip out. Total Waste of a $50 ticket and 6 hours of driving. Not sure how they expect owners or drivers to show any form of interest in running an ISMA car when 1st Place only pays $3,800. That is sickening! I wouldn't race a go-kart for $3,800 let alone a 900HP race car. $3,800 can barley cover the cost of a set of tires! Tow money alone should be $3,800. Needless to say this may very well be my last ISMA video post. I will not be traveling to watch 15 cars or less for $40 to $50 a ticket. Also running street stock junk cars on the same night as ISMA is an insult to traveling race fans who drive many hours to see a race. I waited 5 hours just to see 50 lap ISMA Feature at Lancaster... Never again! THIS SERIES NEEDS A CHANGE! AND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ENOUGH ABOUT IT TO TURN IT AROUND INTO A TOP COMPETITIVE RACING DIVISION LIKE THE WORLD OF OUTLAWS. ** IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED IN HIRING ME TO BECOME A DIRECTOR OR MANAGER FOR THIS SERIES PLEASE CONTACT ME IN THE COMMENTS SECTION!
