Lots of hoopla about Pirelli going to the european GT4 format. The older cars were "grandfathered" in for the first year. We took out salvage titled $150K Boss 302 and stuck it to the new Gt4 Camaro. For that we picked up a restriction between the Friday and Saturday race, then they basically made the car uncompetitive for the rest of the season. It pays to follow the script I guess, can't have a $150K car with a Tremec beating a $250K car with launch control and paddle shifters...Lots of GM brass at the race, Camaro qualified on pole but we out ran it both races.
